Welcome to Some Thoughts...!

Welcome to my blog! For as long as I can keep this up, I'll be posting some thoughts on the themes of leadership, organisations and global challenges. I aim to base each blog on one book that has challenged me to see the world in a new way but some blogs might be based on other things. They won't be too long or academic, just some thoughts...

My first three blogs focus on the theme of leadership and are inspired by Jacinda Ardern - Leading with Empathy (Supriya Vani and Carl Harte), Emotion by Design (Greg Hoffman) and The Ride of a Lifetime (Bob Iger).

I am writing these blogs primarily to help me clarify my own thoughts on leadership, organisations and global challenges, and to try and improve my writing. That said, I really hope they will bring some value to you too.
